Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping & logistics

We arrange end-to-end logistics — container booking, freight forwarding, customs clearance and port handling — per the Incoterm agreed in your quotation (commonly FOB, CIF or CFR). Bulk orders ship by sea (FCL or LCL); air freight is available for urgent shipments and samples.

2. Lead times

Indicative timelines, confirmed per order at quotation:

• Inquiry to quotation: within 24 business hours.
• Sampling & approval: 3–7 days.
• Production & inspection: 1–3 weeks, by volume.
• Documentation & dispatch: 2–4 days.
• Sea-freight transit: varies by destination (≈1–2 weeks to the Gulf, 3–5 weeks to Europe / US East Coast).

3. Pre-shipment inspection

Because every consignment is inspected against the approved specification before dispatch — with photo reports, and optional third-party inspection — quality issues are identified before goods leave India, not after arrival.

4. Quality claims

If a delivered consignment does not conform to the agreed specification, notify us promptly with supporting evidence (photos, inspection or lab reports, lot references). Valid claims are resolved fairly through replacement, re-work, or commercial adjustment, in line with the order contract and applicable Incoterm.

5. Returns

As bulk export food commodities are perishable and shipped internationally, physical returns are generally not practical. Instead, conforming-goods claims are handled as described above. Any return arrangement, where genuinely applicable, is agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis.

6. Risk & insurance

Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm. Under CIF, marine insurance is arranged by us to the destination port; under FOB, the buyer insures from the port of loading. Insurance responsibility is stated clearly in your quotation.
