Getting Started

Our trade desk responds with a detailed quotation within 24 business hours, arranges samples, and then manages sourcing, inspection, documentation and shipping end-to-end.
Triyara Exports (a brand of Triyara Enterprises LLP) is an India-based global sourcing and merchant export company that connects international buyers with verified Indian manufacturers. We specialise in dehydrated onion and garlic, Indian spices, herbs, agro-commodities and fresh produce, and we are APEDA registered, GST verified and FSSAI licensed.
We operate as a merchant exporter and sourcing partner. Rather than owning a single factory, we maintain a vetted network of manufacturing and processing partners across India, which lets buyers access the right product at the right origin with one accountable export partner for quality, documentation and logistics.
Yes. We regularly support first-time importers and guide you through documentation, payment terms, Incoterms and logistics. We can start with a trial order so you can validate quality before committing to larger volumes.
Orders & MOQ
MOQ is the smallest quantity we can process for a given product, usually expressed in metric tonnes (MT) or as a full container load (FCL). It exists because export-grade processing, inspection and documentation are most efficient at scale. Our typical MOQ is around 1 MT per variant, and we consider smaller trial quantities for first orders.
Yes. We can arrange paid samples and small trial orders so you can verify quality and specifications before scaling up. Sample costs and courier charges are confirmed in your quotation.
Yes. We handle both Less-than-Container-Load (LCL) consolidations and Full-Container-Load (FCL) shipments — 20ft and 40ft — depending on your volume and destination.
Yes. For buyers with predictable demand we offer recurring contract supply with agreed specifications, pricing windows and delivery schedules, consolidating across vetted partner units to maintain consistency.
Products & Quality
Our core range covers dehydrated onion and garlic (flakes, minced, granules, powder), Indian spices (turmeric, red chilli, cumin, coriander, black pepper and more), herbs, agro-commodities (wheat, peanuts, pulses, rice) and seasonal fresh produce.
Quality control is embedded at every stage: partner verification, multi-point pre-shipment inspection (moisture, grading, contamination, specification match), and documented photo reports. Every batch is traceable to its source, and third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can be arranged on request.
Yes. Share your target specification — moisture, granulation, colour value, ASTA, curcumin, mesh size, microbial limits — and we source and inspect against it, confirming feasibility in the quotation.
Yes. We can provide certificates of analysis and arrange laboratory testing — including pesticide residue, aflatoxin and microbial testing — for markets with stricter requirements such as the EU and USA.
Our standard dehydrates and spices are supplied without added colour or additives unless you specifically request a treated or blended product; everything is declared.
For buyers requiring organic certification we can match partner facilities holding the relevant certification, subject to product and availability — confirmed per enquiry.
Dehydrated vegetables typically offer up to 24 months and spices 12–24 months in sealed packaging stored cool and dry; exact shelf life is stated per product.
Packaging
Yes. We offer flexible packaging — multi-wall paper bags, PP/jute bags, cartons with food-grade liners, and retail or private-label packs in your specified sizes and branding. Share your packaging specification and we provide options and pricing.
Yes. We support private-label and retail-ready packaging to your brand, artwork and pack-size requirements, subject to destination labelling regulations.
Shipping & Logistics
We export to buyers across the UAE and Gulf, Europe, the United States, Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia. We handle market-specific import regulations and compliance for each destination.
Production and inspection typically take 1–3 weeks depending on volume, followed by documentation and dispatch within 2–4 days. Sea-freight transit then varies by destination — roughly 1–2 weeks to the Gulf, 3–5 weeks to Europe and the US East Coast. Exact timelines are confirmed per order.
We coordinate end-to-end logistics — container booking, freight forwarding, customs clearance and port handling. You receive a shipment schedule upfront, status updates during transit and tracking for every consignment.
We commonly trade on FOB, CIF and CFR terms, and can quote EXW or other Incoterms on request. Your quotation states the terms clearly so there are no surprises.
Both. Bulk orders move by sea (FCL or LCL); air freight is available for urgent shipments and samples. We recommend the most cost-effective mode for your timeline.
Yes — on door-delivery terms we can arrange onward inland transport to your facility; otherwise we deliver to your nominated port and your broker handles clearance.
Through moisture-barrier, food-grade packaging, correct container loading, and (where needed) climate-aware scheduling, so product integrity is maintained through long sea voyages.
Documentation & Compliance
We provide complete export paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, bill of lading or airway bill, APEDA/FSSAI documentation, insurance certificate and any destination-specific compliance documents.
Triyara Exports is an APEDA-registered exporter, a GST-verified business and FSSAI licensed, and holds a valid Import-Export Code (IEC). For stricter requirements, we can match you to partner facilities holding ISO 22000, HACCP, BRCGS, US FDA, Halal or Kosher certifications.
Yes. We offer Halal-aligned sourcing for Gulf and Middle East markets and can match Kosher-certified partner facilities where required, with the relevant certificates provided during onboarding.
Yes. For the US we can source from FDA-registered partner facilities and support FDA Prior Notice; for the EU we provide traceability and pesticide/aflatoxin testing aligned to EU food law.
Yes — certificates of analysis and lab testing (pesticide, aflatoxin, microbial) can be provided, particularly for the EU, US and other strict-standard markets.
The Harmonised System (HS) code classifies your product for customs and duty. We provide the correct HS code on the commercial invoice; your customs broker uses it to clear and assess duty.
Yes — where a destination requires attested or legalised documents (such as certain certificates of origin), we arrange it as part of the documentation service.
Payment & Support
We typically work with advance payment or a Letter of Credit (L/C) for new relationships, with terms negotiable for established buyers. Specific terms are confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice.
Use our RFQ form or the “Get Quote” button, or message us on WhatsApp with your product, quantity, packaging and destination port. We respond with a detailed, itemised quotation within 24 business hours — with no commitment.
Our export desk operates in English and Hindi and is experienced in serving international buyers across time zones.
None at all. Requesting a quotation or samples carries no obligation — many buyers start with a quote to compare specifications and pricing before deciding.
Export Process
In short: send an enquiry and receive a quotation, approve samples and specifications, confirm the order and terms, production and pre-shipment inspection, documentation, shipping, and delivery. A merchant exporter manages all of these under one contract.
Production and inspection usually take 1–3 weeks depending on volume, plus 2–4 days for documentation and dispatch, then sea-freight transit that varies by destination. Exact timelines are confirmed per order.
Yes. As a merchant exporter we manage sourcing, quality inspection, documentation, compliance and logistics end-to-end, so you deal with a single accountable partner from enquiry to delivery.
Yes — we arrange paid samples drawn against your written specification so you can validate quality before committing to a production order.
Sourcing
We verify licensing and registrations (IEC, FSSAI, GST), audit facilities for hygiene and capacity, run trial orders, and continuously score partners on quality, reliability and responsiveness.
Often, yes. Share the product, specification and destination and we’ll confirm feasibility from our manufacturing network and revert with a quotation.
No separate fee — our margin is built into the quoted price. You receive one transparent, all-in quotation for the delivered goods.
Yes. Consolidating different products from multiple vetted units into one container is a core advantage of working with a merchant exporter.
International Trade
Incoterms define who is responsible for cost and risk at each stage of shipment. We commonly trade on FOB, CIF and CFR, and can quote EXW or other terms on request; your quotation states the terms clearly.
Under FOB (Free On Board) the seller delivers the goods onto the vessel and the buyer arranges and pays for freight and insurance from there. Under CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) the seller arranges and pays freight and insurance to the destination port.
Yes. For new relationships we commonly work with a Letter of Credit (L/C) or partial advance to balance risk for both sides; terms are confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.
Quotations are typically in USD on agreed Incoterms. Pricing is fixed per order or per agreed window for recurring contracts, so you have cost certainty.
It depends on the Incoterms and insurance arrangement. Under CIF the seller arranges marine insurance; under FOB the buyer insures from the port of loading. We make the responsibility clear before the goods move.
